The vegetation block includes a main body(11), a combining unit, a first fixture(30), and a second fixture(40).본 발명은 패각을 이용한 식생블록과 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 폐기되는 굴 껍질과 같은 패각에 바인더로서 무기물과 수지를 첨가하여 수질정화효과를 갖는 식생블록과 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 패각을 이용한 식생블록은 황토, 펄라이트, 벤토나이트, 폴리에틸렌을 혼합한 바인더와 패각 분말의 혼합물을 성형하여 형성시킨 본체와, 본체에 식물이 자랄 수 있도록 상기 본체에 마련된 식생부를 구비한다.
