The manufacturing method of guava buddig leaf tea utilizes bud-two leaves of 7-10 days old to produce teas with unique bioactive polyphenolic profile. The guava tea produced by the invention possesses higher bioactive constituents, such as polyphenolics and flavonoids, than the teas manufactured by conventional methods.
