PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for meal substitute food is provided to enhance the content and the ingredient of green tea, and to have a high palatability by reducing a unique bitter taste of green tea. CONSTITUTION: A hundred parts by weight of green tea leaf and 70-90 parts by weight of brown sugar syrup are mixed and put into a container, and then sealed. A mixture is fermented at 20-35°;C for 1.5-3 months with inverting every 8-48 hours and filtered. A filtrate is aged for 6-18 months to make a tea enzyme liquid. A millet, a soybean, a black bean, a wheat, and a barley are dipped in water, dried, and roasted. The roasted ingredients are pulverized for making a powder. A powder of brown rice and brown glutinous rice is prepared by steaming, drying, and pulverizing. A mulberry leaf powder and the roasted tea leaf powder are prepared.
