The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a guava tea, comprising the steps of: (a) fixating a guava leaflet and drying the fixated guava leaflet (b) slicing a green guava fruit and drying the sliced green guava fruit (c) dividing a matured guava fruit into a matured guava fruit peel, a matured guava fruit pulp and an ascus to be sliced and dried (d) respectively grinding the dried guava leaflet, the dried green guava fruit, the dried matured guava fruit peel, the dried matured guava fruit pulp and the dried ascus into guava leaflet powder, green guava fruit powder, matured guava fruit peel powder, matured guava fruit pulp powder and ascus powder and (e) mixing the guava leaflet powder, the green guava fruit powder, the mature guava fruit peel powder, the mature guava fruit pulp powder and the ascus powder.
