Process for the extraction of substances contained in plant material, comprising the steps (a) Shredding of the plant material in a shredded plant material forming a solid phase, (b) Malaxing the shredded plant material with a transport liquid obtaining a solid phase and a liquid phase, (c) without pressure dragging the solid phase and the liquid phase into a reaction chamber, (d) transporting the solid phase and the liquid phase through the reaction chamber acting with the simultaneous non-contact action of energy for the extraction of substances contained from the plant material, and (e) evacuation aided by suction of the solid phase and the liquid phase containing the extracted substances, the liquid phase being evacuated from the chamber of action by the suction of an element suction and solid phase by means of a transport element mechanically acting on it.Proceso para la extracción de sustancias contenidas de material vegetal, comprendiendo los pasos (a) Desmenuzado del material vegetal en un material vegetal demenuzado formando una fase sólida, (b) malaxado del material vegetal desmenuzado con un líquido de transporte obteniendo una fase sólida y una fase líquida, (c) arrastre sin presión de la fase sólida y la fase líquida a una cámara de reacción, (d) transporte de la fase sólida y la fase líquida a través de la cámara de reacción actuante con la acción simultánea sin contacto de energía para la extracción de sustancias contenidas del material vegetal, y (e) evacuación auxiliada por succión de la fase sólida y la fase líquida que contienen las sustancias contenidas extraídas, siendo la fase líquida evacuada d e la cámara d e r acción mediante la succión de un elemento succionador y la fase sólida mediante un elemento de transporte actuante mecánicamente sobre la misma.
