PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tofu product in a tofu cup with a soy sauce stopper and a ditch in a scenery cup for solving the problems that a chilled tofu looks like a tasteless square or round and, if soy sauce is poured onto a chilled tofu, the soy sauce tends to fall down, mix with water from the tofu, and eventually get diluted, which can be encountered with a conventional tofu commercialized in a shape of square or oval, or in a plastic bag for various kinds of dishes, such as soups with diced tofu or cooked or stir-fired dishes with tofu that does not remain the original shape.SOLUTION: Tofu is put into a cup with a shape of an animal or plant such as flower, panda, or character, or of the landscape Fuji or of other local products in addition to conventional round or square shapes. The cup is provided with convexoconcaves inside so that the soy source or other source remains in the ditch or puddle on the surface of the tofu when the tofu is placed on a utensil. This product is a tofu in a tofu cup with a soy sauce stopper and a ditch in a scenery cup with different colors, materials, and tastes being selectable depending on the shape of the tofu.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】豆腐は、真四角、楕円形、ビニール袋入りのものが市販されており、四角に切って汁ものや煮物炒め物として形状を壊さして食材に利用されている。ひややっことして食するときなど四角か丸の味気ない形状である。また豆腐をひややっことして醤油をかけて食べようとすると醤油が下にすべりおちて豆腐の水と混じり醤油が薄くなる。これらを解消するための風物型入り醤油たれ溜まりと溝入り豆腐カップ入り豆腐製品。【解決手段】豆腐の形状をこれまでの丸状や四角状以外の花やパンダやキャラクターといった動植物や風景富士山や地方の名物などの形状にしたカップに入れて、その形状のカップの内側に、豆腐を器に戻した時に醤油やたれが豆腐の表面に残るように筋や溜まりができてそこに醤油やたれがたまる凹凸をいれた。豆腐の形状に合った色や素材や味を区別に入れることができる風物型入り醤油たれ溜まりと溝入り豆腐カップ入り豆腐製品にした。
