The present invention relates to a functional Schisandra chinensis syrup and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method of the Schisandra chinensis syrup may comprise the following steps: manufacturing pulverized matter by pulverizing the flesh, the rind, and the seed of the Schisandra chinensis； manufacturing a Schisandra chinensis extract by dipping 100 parts by weight of the pulverized matter in 100-500 parts by weight of 40 -60°；C of water and filtering the outcome； manufacturing a first mixture containing 100 parts by weight of the Schisandra chinensis extract, 15-60 parts by weight of of red beets, and 60-140 parts by weight of granulated fructose； and aging the first mixture.본 발명은 기능성 오미자청 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 한 구체예에서 상기 기능성 오미자청 제조방법은 오미자 과피, 과육 및 종자를 분쇄하여 분쇄물을 제조하는 단계； 상기 분쇄물 100 중량부를 40℃~60℃의 물 100~500 중량부에 침지 및 여과하여 오미자 추출액을 제조하는 단계； 상기 오미자 추출액 100 중량부, 레드비트 15~60 중량부 및 결정과당 60~140 중량부를 포함하는 제1 혼합물을 제조하는 단계； 및 상기 제1 혼합물을 숙성하는 단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
