The present invention relates to a sterilizer using a heating body which accommodates a heated heating body on a body having an inlet and an outlet and heats the body with microwave, and a ventilation device which circulates indoor air and outdoor air by using the sterilizer. More specifically, a sterilizer forms the inlet on one side and forms the outlet on the other side. The sterilizer comprises: the body forming an accommodating part therein； and the heating body located at the accommodating part. The ventilation device using a sterilizer of the present invention comprises: an inlet duct into which the outdoor air is introduced； an outlet duct in which the indoor air is discharged； and the ventilation device composed of a heat exchanger formed on a crossing part of the inlet duct and the outlet duct. The inlet of the sterilizer communicates with the outlet duct.본 발명은 멸균기 및 멸균기를 이용한 환기장치에 대한 발명으로서, 멸균기는 구체적으로 일측에 투입구를 형성하며, 타측에 배출구를 형성하며, 내측에 수용부를 형성하는 바디, 상기 수용부에 위치하는 발열체를 포함한다. 본 발명의 멸균기를 이용한 환기장치는 구체적으로 외부공기가 투입되는 투입덕트, 실내공기를 배출하는 배출덕트, 상기 투입덕트 및 배출덕트 교차위치에 형성되는 열교환기로 이루어진 환기장치, 멸균기 투입구가 상기 투입덕트와 연통되는 것을 포함한다.
