PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform coloring in such a manner that a plurality of colors can be naturally changed without forming clear boundaries.SOLUTION: Provided is a coloring apparatus for coloring the surface of a baked sweet with coloring materials 9 of plural colors, including: a nozzle 1 made of a first nozzle 1A and a second nozzle 1B arranged so as to be separated each other； a feed source 3 for feeding the liquid coloring materials 9 of different colors to each nozzle； a pressurized air source 8 for feeding the pressurized air to the nozzle 1； a coloring material valve 5 for controlling the feed of the coloring materials 9 to the nozzle 1； an air valve 6 for controlling the feed of the pressurized air to the nozzle； and a trigger 4 for controlling the opening/closing of the coloring material valve 5 and the air valve 6. The trigger 4 opens the coloring material valve 5 in the opening state of the air valve 6, and the air valve 6 is closed in the closed state of the coloring material valve 5. The nozzle 1 is a diffusion spray nozzle, and sprays in such a manner that, by the spacing (L) between the nozzle 1 and the coloring face 71, the coloring materials 9 sprayed from each nozzle 1 are color-mixed at the boundaries each other and are stuck to the coloring face 71 to change a color mixing width (w).
