PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable growing equipment minimizing cooling action with an air conditioner through using natural cooling as much as possible while securing a growing environment (especially, a light environment) suitable for plants, and contributing to achievement of effective energy saving. SOLUTION: This vegetable growing equipment has a warm air suction inlet 4a which sucks into the outside, warm air which is warmed with a light for growing plants, set in a plant growing chamber 1, a naturally cooling part 5 which naturally cools the warm air sucks with the warm air suction inlet 4a, an outlet 6a which emits air A2 naturally cooled in the naturally cooling part 5 to the inside of the chamber, a temperature sensor 7a which is set near the outlet 6a, and an indoor cooling part 7b which operates so as to further decrease a temperature of the naturally cooled air A2, based on an output value of the temperature sensor 7a.
