The present invention relates to lotus and curry tteokguk (sliced rice cake soup) and a stir-fried rice cake instant food and a manufacturing method thereof, which are manufactured by mixing rice and lotus powders and curry powders, thereby supplementing insufficient nutritional ingredients and easily ingesting useful ingredients of lotus.
