The present invention relates to lotus and curry tteokguk (sliced rice cake soup) and a stir-fried rice cake instant food and a manufacturing method thereof, which are manufactured by mixing rice and lotus powders and curry powders, thereby supplementing insufficient nutritional ingredients and easily ingesting useful ingredients of lotus. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: mixing rice and curry powders with minor ingredients such as lotus powders; steaming the mixed powders using a steamer; molding the obtained steamed rice cake two times with a molding machine, and pulling out rice cake; aging the obtained rice cake for 3 days in 5°C aging room; cutting the aged rice cake; and packing the cut rice cake.본 발명은 연·카레 떡국 및 떡볶이 즉석 식품과 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 쌀, 연 분말 및 카레가루를 혼합하여 제조함으로써 부족한 영양성분을 보충하고, 연의 유용성분을 쉽게 섭취할 수 있는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
