PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of precisely measuring an intraocular distance on an eye to be examined.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises: an interference optical system; a target projection system; a control part; and an intraocular distance calculation part. The interference optical system divides a light emitted from a first light source into a reference light and a measurement light, radiates the measurement light to the eye to be examined, then generates an interference light of a return light of the measurement light and the reference light, and then detects the generated interference light. The target projection system selectively projects a first fixation target and a second fixation target in which a visual angle is narrower than that in the first fixation target, to the eye to be examined. The control part switches the first fixation target and the second fixation target.
