PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the cornea thickness of an examined eye and to position the examined eye to an apparatus by a simple structure.SOLUTION: The cornea thickness measuring apparatus includes: an observation optical system for positioning the examined eye E to the cornea thickness measuring apparatus by illuminating the anterior segment of the examined eye E using anterior segment observation light sources 12A and 12B with a first wavelength range and projecting the anterior segment image to an imaging element 4 and a measuring optical system for optically measuring the cornea thickness by projecting slit light to the cornea of the examined eye using a slit light source 27 with a second wavelength range different from the first wavelength range, and projecting a cornea optical cross-sectional image of the slit light to the imaging element 4.
