PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of appropriately fixing an eye to be examined according to types of examination and measurement.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes a refractive power measurement optical system, an OCT optical system, a fixation projection system, and a control unit. The refractive power measurement optical system projects a light onto an eye to be examined and detects a return light from the eye to be examined. The OCT optical system divides a light from an OCT light source into a reference light and a measurement light, projects the measurement light onto the eye to be examined, and detects an interference light between a return light of the measurement light from the eye to be examined and the reference light. The fixation projection system projects a fixation target onto the eye to be examined. The control unit controls the fixation projection system so as to project a first fixation target onto the eye to be examined when executing refractive power measurement using the refractive power measurement optical system, and project a second fixation target whose visual angle is narrower than that of the first fixation target onto the eye to be examined when executing OCT measurement using the OCT optical system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】検査や測定の種別に応じて被検眼を適切に固視させることが可能な眼科装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼科装置は、屈折力測定光学系と、OCT光学系と、固視投影系と、制御部と、を含む。屈折力測定光学系は、被検眼に光を投射し、被検眼からの戻り光を検出する。OCT光学系は、OCT光源からの光を参照光と測定光とに分割し、測定光を被検眼に投射し、被検眼からの測定光の戻り光と参照光との干渉光を検出する。固視投影系は、被検眼に固視標を投影する。制御部は、屈折力測定光学系を用いた屈折力測定を行うとき第1固視標を被検眼に投影し、OCT光学系を用いたOCT計測を行うとき第1固視標より視角が狭い第2固視標を被検眼に投影するように固視投影系を制御する。【選択図】図1
