PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gastrostomy tube in which an administered nutrition is hardly accumulated.SOLUTION: There is provided a gastrostomy tube 1 comprising a tube body 2 and a bumper part 3 provided on a lower end of the tube body 2. The bumper part 3 comprises a dome-shaped shoulder part 7, plural belt-state connection parts 8 which are connected to a lower end edge of the shoulder part 7 and arranged in an outside peripheral direction of the tube body 2 with a prescribed interval each other, and a bottom part 9 formed by connection of the connection parts 8. The bottom part 9 has an opening part 10 which is open by a diameter r1 which is equal to or larger than an inner diameter r2 of the tube body 2 on an extension line of a shaft center of the tube body 2. An inner surface side of the connection parts 8 comprises an engaged part 11 which is engaged by a tip end part of an insertion auxiliary tool 20 which is a hard rod-state which is inserted from the upper end into the lower end of the tube body 2 when the bumper part 3 is inserted into a stomach.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】投与された栄養剤が堆積しにくい胃瘻チューブを提供する。【解決手段】 チューブ本体2と、チューブ本体2の下端に設けられたバンパー部3とを備える胃瘻チューブ1である。バンパー部3は、ドーム状の肩部7と、肩部7の下端縁に連結されてチューブ本体2の外側の周方向に互いに所定間隔を存して配設された帯状の複数の連結部8と、連結部8が互いに連結して形成された底部9とを有する。底部9には、チューブ本体2の軸心の延長線上にチューブ本体2の内径r2以上の直径r1で開口する開口部10が設けられている。連結部8の内面側には、バンパー部3を胃内に挿入するときにチューブ本体2の上端から下端に挿入される硬質棒状の挿入補助具20の先端部によって係止される被係止部11が設けられている。【選択図】図2
