PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computer tomography apparatus capable of performing a digestive tract X-ray contrast inspection easily.SOLUTION: An X-ray tube 15 generates an X-ray. An X-ray detector 17 detects an X-ray. A rack body 11 includes an opening 11a forming an imaging space, and accommodates the X-ray tube 15 and the X-ray detector 17. A support pillar 13 supports the rack body 11 so that it rotates around a horizontal axis R2 horizontally orthogonal to a central axis R1 of the opening 11a.
