PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thoracic cage adjustor that eliminates distortion of the thoracic cage without applying a direct external force to the thoracic cage.SOLUTION: A thoracic cage adjustor includes a semicylindrical body part and a weight part that is attached to the body part. The thoracic cage adjustor is used by putting a users wrist on a concave surface of the body part.
