A method for manufacturing the paprika brown rice cookies according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a drying step of drying paprika； a grinding step of finely grinding the dried paprika into the size of 0.05-0.5 mm； a mixing step of mixing powder of the finely ground paprika with brown rice； and an injection molding step of injection-molding the mixture.
