The present invention is characterized in that the method comprises: preparing a sweet persimmon manufacturing slices of sweet persimmon by cutting the sweet persimmon into thin pieces drying slices of sweet persimmon by primarily and secondarily drying the slices of sweet persimmon manufacturing sweet persimmon powder by grinding the dried slices of sweet persimmon in 10-18 mesh drying the sweet persimmon powder by primarily and secondarily drying the sweet persimmon powder manufacturing the sweet persimmon powder by grinding the dried sweet persimmon powder in 120-150 mesh preparing dried slices of sweet persimmon preparing rice flour preparing mixture by mixing up, based on 1 parts by weight of rice flour, 0.08-0.15 parts by weight of sweet persimmon powder, 0.005-0.01 parts by weight of salt and 0.08-0.1 parts by weight of water, sieving the mixture in a divided way into 15 to 20 times and mixing up 0.07-0.15 parts by weight of sugar and 0.02-0.04 parts by weight of dried slices of sweet persimmon and steaming the prepared mixture to complete steamed rice cake.
