PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing food which produces confectionery having high quality equal to that of conventional one, and also a freeze-dry molded fruit juice food having excellent manufacture efficiency compared with that of the conventional one, and which impregnates the freeze-dry molded fruit juice food with chocolate, and to provide a system for processing food.
