C for 6-24 hours. The steaming step comprises a process of exposing the ginseng with high temperature steam, or a process of dipping and heating the ginseng in water. The ginseng is selected from the group consisting of ginseng roots, ginseng fruits, ginseng flowers, ginseng seeds, ginseng leaves, and ginseng stems.
