PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel expansion tool which can expand an inner periphery of a portion which is desired to be expanded, over whole periphery.SOLUTION: An expansion tool comprises an outer peripheral wall and an inner peripheral wall. The outer peripheral wall is deformed in directions where a diameter is expanded and shrunk. The inner peripheral wall is at a position surrounded by the outer peripheral wall, and is deformed in directions where a diameter is expanded and shrunk. Between outer and inner peripheral walls, an inner space into which a fluid can be introduced, is formed. When no fluid is introduced into the inner space, the outer and inner peripheral walls are deformed in the directions where respective diameter is shrunk.
