SOLUTION: The cover for medical equipment according to the present disclosure includes a cover main body member for partitioning an internal space capable of accommodating medical equipment, which communicates with an external space through an opening, and the cover main body member is connected to the external space. A permeation sheet portion capable of allowing gas to permeate between the internal space and an impermeable sheet portion that does not permeate gas between the external space and the internal space are provided.
