PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use even a tube which is insufficient in flexibility such as a polyvinyl chloride tube by liquid-sending liquid in the tube by a small rotation drive force, related to a cassette or the like for an infusion pump which sends a liquid by the tube.SOLUTION: An infusion pump cassette comprises: a main body member which is partitioned by an internal wall face including an irregular face 121 on which a plurality of ridgelines 121a aligned at equal distances from a center line in a direction surrounding the center line C and a plurality of recesses 121b recessed in a direction apart from the ridgelines from the center line are alternately aligned in a direction surrounding the center line, and has an internal space which receives an infusion tube 20 extending from the outside, arranges it by making it go along the irregular face, and extends it to the outside and a liquid send-out structure which presses the tube received into the internal space against the ridgelines 121a of the irregular face, crushes the tube to a radial one direction from the center line C, receives a rotation drive force from a motor, moves the crushing position of the tube to the ridgelines from the ridgelines in a direction surrounding the center line, and sends out the liquid in the tube.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は液体をチューブで送る輸液ポンプ用のカセット等に関し、チューブ内の液を軽い回転駆動力で送液することにより、塩ビチューブなど、柔軟性に乏しいチューブであっても使用可能とする。【解決手段】 中心線Cを取り巻く向きに中心線から等距離に並んだ複数の稜線121aと中心線から稜線よりも離れる向きに窪んだ複数の窪み部121bとが中心線を取り巻く向きに交互に配列された凹凸面121を含む内壁面により区画され、外部から延びる輸液用のチューブ20を受け入れその凹凸面に沿わせて配置して外部に延出させる内部空間を有する本体部材と、その内部空間に受け入れられたチューブを凹凸面の稜線121aに押し当ててチューブを中心線Cから半径方向一方向に押し潰し、モータからの回転駆動力を受けチューブの押潰し位置を中心線を取り巻く向きに稜線から稜線へと移動させてチューブ内の液を送り出す液送出構造とを備えた。【選択図】 図4
