The invention relates to a surgical instrument, in particular for peritoneal surgery, comprising an elongated body (2) which ends with a tool carrier (3) and which is intended to be introduced into the peritoneal cavity by means of a trocar (T). According to the invention, the body comprises an internal tube (4) which extends along a longitudinal axis of the body and which ends with a bendable prop and an external tube (6) which extends around the internal tube coaxially to the internal tube and which is mounted so as to rotate about the internal tube the external tube ending with a bellows (7) which extends around the prop and which bears, at the end thereof, the tool carrier.Linvention concerne un instrument chirurgical, notamment pour chirurgie péritonéale, comportant un corps allongé (2)qui est terminé par un porte-outil (3) et qui est destiné à être introduit dans la cavité péritonéale par un trocart(T). Selon linvention, le corps comporte un tube interne (4) qui sétend selon un axe longitudinal du corps et qui est terminé par une béquille ployable et un tube externe (6) sétendant autour du tube interne coaxialement au tube interne et monté pour tourner autour du tube interne le tube externe étant terminé par un soufflet (7) qui sétend autour de la béquille et qui porte à son extrémité le porte-outil.
