A conventional layered tablet comprises a layer including propionic acid-based NSAIDs； and a layer including an acid scavenger. The layer including an acid scavenger may cause collapse delay after preservation. In addition, when tableting a conventional layered tablet, binding of the layer including an acid scavenger and capping of the layer including propionic acid-based NSAIDs can easily occur. Therefore, the present invention provides a layered tablet which prevents collapse of a layer including an acid scavenger from being delayed after preservation, and prevents tableting problems such as binding, capping, and the like from occurring. The layered tablet of the present invention comprises: a layer (&alpha；) including (A) a propionic acid-based, non-steroidal-based anti-inflammatory agent or salt thereof, and substantially not including (B) an acid scavenger； and a layer (&beta；) substantially not including (A) the propionic acid-based, non-steroidal-based anti-inflammatory agent or salt thereof, and including one or more selected from (B) the acid scavenger, and (C) sugar and sugar-alcohol, and (D) a disintegrant.종래의 프로피온산계 NSAIDs를 포함하는 층과 제산제를 포함하는 층을 갖는 적층 정은, 보존 후에, 제산제를 포함하는 층이 붕괴 지연을 일으키는 일이 있다. 또한, 타정시에, 제산제를 포함하는 층의 바인딩이나 프로피온산계 NSAIDs를 포함하는 층의 캐핑이 생기기 쉽다. 그래서, 본 발명은, 보존 후에 제산제를 포함하는 층의 붕괴 지연이 생기기 어렵고, 또한, 바인딩이나 캐핑 등의 타정 장해가 억제된 적층 정을 목적으로 한다.본 발명의 적층 정은, (A) 프로피온산계 비스테로이드계 항염증제 또는 그 염을 포함하고, (B) 제산제를 실질적으로 포함하지 않은 층(α)과, 상기 (A) 프로피온산계 비스테로이드계 항염증제 또는 그 염을 실질적으로 포함하지 않고, 상기 (B) 제산제, (C) 당 및 당알코올로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 및 (D) 붕괴제를 포함하는 층(β)을 갖는다.
