PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion composition using a polymer substance and having good stability over time. The present invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsion composition containing a hydrophobically modified polyether urethane, gellan gum, and xanthan gum. Furthermore, the present invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsified composition having good stability without adding a surfactant as an emulsifier.
