【Task】 An object of the present invention is an oil that can reduce the content of a silicone resin as compared with the prior art, has excellent stability over time, feels moisturized on the skin after application, and is less sticky. The purpose is to provide medium-water emulsified cosmetics. SOLUTION: The above object contains (A) hydrophobicized surface-treated fine particle metal oxide, (B) alkyl-unmodified and polyether-modified silicone, (C) polyglycerin fatty acid ester, and (D) triester. It is solved by water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics.
