PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a vegetable containing beverage in which not only the solid feeling of the raw material itself but also the complicated eat-texture are imparted, by combining a plurality of raw materials having different textures from each other.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing packed vegetable-containing beverage comprising a step for obtaining a blend liquid by blending a squeezed juice and at least 2 or more of a pulp cell, a soft cut product and a hard cut product, and a step in which the squeezed juice, pulp cell, soft cut product, hard cut product or blend liquid is cooled before the sterilization of the blend liquid.
