PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a vegetable containing beverage in which not only the solid feeling of the raw material itself but also the complicated eat-texture are imparted, by combining a plurality of raw materials having different textures from each other.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing packed vegetable-containing beverage comprising a step for obtaining a blend liquid by blending a squeezed juice and at least 2 or more of a pulp cell, a soft cut product and a hard cut product, and a step in which the squeezed juice, pulp cell, soft cut product, hard cut product or blend liquid is cooled before the sterilization of the blend liquid. Preferably, the soft cut product is any one of kiwi fruit, banana, strawberry, tomato, and pineapple, and the hard cut product is any one of apple, radish, and celery.SELECTED DRAWING: None
