The present invention relates to a patient bed disposed on a multiuse shelf equipped in one upper side of a patient bed, enabling a portable electronic device such as a smart phone to lean thereon, and conveniently used for a long time. To this end, disclosed is a portable electronic device support for the patient bed. The portable electronic device support comprises: a bend frame supporting a mattress； and a shelf disposed in an upper part of the bed frame. A portable electronic device is supported by means of a support seated on an upper surface of the shelf, and the support is bent in the shape of &Prime；&ang；.&Prime； A rotation end in one lower side thereof is coupled with one side central pin of the shelf, so that the same is folded down under the shelf.
