PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation method of a mushroom bed Shiitake that leads to the increase of fruit body yields and labor saving and can improve profitability and quality by advantageously stimulating the occurrence of a fruit body from an inoculation surface with respect to the method of cultivating Shiitake the mushroom bed, and to provide its apparatus.SOLUTION: The method of the mushroom bed Shiitake according to the present invention comprises: a) a crushing step of subdividing a seed for Shiitake mushroom cultivation in a mixer and adding a solvent which does not disturb the growth of a fungus body b) a culture step of stirring and mixing the seed obtained in the crushing step in a solvent, which does not disturb the growth of the fungus body, at the ratio of 5 g to 100 g/1 l, and obtaining a suspension which is uniformly dispersed and c) a generation step of growing the fruit body from the inoculation surface toward a cultivation base material, while supplying water to a gap between a cultivation container and a mushroom bed in an upper part of the cultivation container and exposing only an upper surface of the mushroom bed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 しいたけ菌床の栽培方法に関し、接種面より優位に子実体の発生を促すことで、子実体収穫量の増加および省力化に繋がる収益性、品質面での向上を図ることのできる菌床しいたけの栽培方法及びその装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明菌床しいたけの栽培方法は、a)しいたけ栽培用種菌をミキサーで細分化し、菌体の生育に支障をきたさない溶媒を加える破砕工程と、b)前記破砕工程で得られた種菌を、菌体の生育に支障をきたさない溶媒中に5g~100g/1lの割合に撹拌混合し、均一に分散させた懸濁液を得る培養する培養工程と、e)栽培容器上部の栽培容器と菌床の隙間に給水し、菌床上面のみを露出させた状態で、培基材への接種面から子実体を生長させる発生工程と、を備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
