PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of Lentinus edodes culture material is provided to bottle a solid medium in a wide-mouth bottle, inject liquid fungus, culture the fungus, take the solid medium out of the bottle, put the medium into a bag, and culture the medium. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of Lentinus edodes culture material comprises the following steps: (A) Manufacturing a solid fungus by mixing 100 wt% of sawdust and 10-40 wt% of rice bran and adding 150-250 wt% of water; (B) putting the solid fungus in a wide-mouth bottle, sterilizing and cooling the same at 100-135 deg.C. for 2-3 hours in a sterilizing room; (C) injecting 5-15 wt% of Lentinus edodes culture medium into the solid fungus based on 100 wt% of sawdust, and culturing the medium at 15-25 deg.C. for 40-55 days under a dark condition; and (D) taking the cultured material out of the wide-mouth bottle, putting the cultured material into a porous bag, and bottle-culturing the cultured material at 15-25 deg.C. for 45-60 days. The Lentinus edodes culture medium comprises: 100 wt% of water, 2-5 wt% of sugar, 0.2-0.5 wt% of yeast extract, 0.03-0.1 wt% of KH2PO4, 0.03-0.1 wt% of MgSO4.7H2O, and 0.05-0.2 wt% of KNO3. 10-20 wt% of wheat bran per 100 wt% of sawdust is additionally added to the solid fungus of step (A). 5-10 wt% of cotton seed hull per 100 wt% of sawdust is additionally added to the solid fungus of step (A).
