The present invention relates to a method for preparing a pork meat broth using a lotus leaf and a guava leaf. The method includes: a first step for preparing a broth; a second step for boiling pork meat; and a third step for pouring the broth onto the pork meat to prepare the pork meat broth.본 발명은 연잎과 구아바잎을 이용한 돼지국밥을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 연잎과 구아바잎을 이용한 돼지 국밥은 연잎과 구아바잎의 유용한 성분을 포함할 뿐 아니라 특유의 냄새를 제거하고 고기의 수분을 유지시켜 쫄깃한 육질을 보존함으로써 국밥의 기호성을 향상시키는데 기여할 수 있다.
