PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing boiled rice excellent in long term preservation stability, having a high quality, and excellent in flavor palate feeling.SOLUTION: A method for producing boiled rice includes a rice washing step, a soaking step and a boiling step.
