PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogen-containing water in which fall of hydrogen concentration due to dissipation of hydrogen in water with time hardly occurs even when the water is naturally left.SOLUTION: A method for producing hydrogen-containing water includes (1) a step of producing an acidic aqueous solution of hydroxyapatite, (2) a step of producing dispersed liquid with pH in a range between 5 and 8 by blending the acidic aqueous solution produced in the step (1) with an alkali aqueous solution and (3) a step of obtaining the hydrogen-containing water by performing electrolysis of water in the dispersed liquid produced in the step (2).【課題】自然放置しても水中の水素が散逸して経時的に水素濃度が低下しにくい水素含有水を提供する。【解決手段】水素含有水の製造方法。(1)ヒドロキシアパタイトの酸性水溶液を製造する工程、(2)工程(1)で製造した酸性水溶液とアルカリ水溶液を混合して、pHが5～8の範囲である分散液を製造する工程、(3)工程(2)で製造した分散液において水の電気分解を行うことで水素含有水を得る工程を含む。【選択図】なし
