PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-containing aerosol composition which does not corrode a metal-made container for an aerosol, does not cause the crystal formation of an effective component, and is suitable for long storage.SOLUTION: This aerosol composition consists of a propellant and a stock solution. The stock solution is a homogeneous solution with a pH of 6-8 and contains an effective acidic salt component, at least 5 w/v% water, and a nonionic and/or cationic surfactant.
