PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants type disposable diaper in which folds hardly occur in an absorbent body, and wrinkles hardly occur in an under-crotch part, and which is excellent in wear feeling and leak preventing property by the contracting force of elastic members.
SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1A includes leg gathers 70 formed of the first and second elastic members 71, 72 arranged along a pair of leg opening parts E. The first and second under-crotch adhesive areas G1, G2 for fixing the elastic members 71, 72 forming the leg gathers 70 are formed in the under-crotch part C of the diaper 1A and a non-adhesive area N is formed therebetween. The elastic members 71, 72 are cut in the center part N1 of the non-adhesive area N. In the elastic members 71, 72, at least a pair of them are crossed to each other in the under-crotch part C, the intersection 73 where the elastic members 71, 72 are crossed are arranged outside the respective leg openings E of the first and second under-crotch adhesive areas G1, G2.
