PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants type disposable diaper in which body fluid hardly leaks from a leg opening of one leg side even though a diaper is selected according to the size around the other leg.
SOLUTION: The pants type disposable diaper 1A includes symmetrical leg gathers 70a, 70b of first and second elastic members 71, 72. The first and second under-crotch adhesive areas G1, G2 for fixing the first and second elastic members 71, 72 are formed in an under-crotch part C of the diaper 1A and a non-adhesive area N is formed therebetween. The elastic members 71, 72 are cut in the center part N1 of the non-adhesive area N. The elastic members 71, 72 crosses each other in one of the under-crotch part C and the intersections 73 of the same are arranged outside of first and second under-crotch adhesive areas G1, G2. The elastic members 71, 72 overlap with each other or arranged parallel in the other of the under-crotch part C.
