The present invention relates to an inverting hanger for drying persimmons which not only accommodates large amount of persimmons more stably but also improves the taste and flavor of dried persimmons as a result of positioning and aligning several persimmons with a different method from an existing method. The inverting hanger includes a plate (10) for fixing a large amount of persimmons and a lattice-type fixing frame (20) for maintaining a gap between a plurality of plates. An upper plate (10) has a convex-concave type where concave surfaces (11) and convex surfaces (12) are alternately continuous. Insertion holes (15) for holding persimmon stems are formed at regular intervals on the upper end of each of the convex surfaces (12). The plate (10) is aligned inside the fixing frame (20) when the persimmon stems are raised.
