PURPOSE: The herbal composition is provided to use as a therapeutic agent for the skin disease concomitant with autoimmune diseases as well as skin immune disease.CONSTITUTION: A concentration method of the herbal composition comprises: a step of washing the medicinal herb (S1) a step of ultrasonification extraction of the washed medicinal herb (S2) a step of aging the extracted medicinal herb (S3) a step of solid-liquid separation and filtration of the aged medicinal herb (S4) and a step of concentrating the filtrate (S5). The extraction at the previous step (S2) is performed by putting 20 kg of medicinal herb into 100kg of 95% EtOH 100kg and sonicating with 40.5KHz, 400W of ultrasonic waves at 40°C for 5 hours.
