PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an Acathopanax drink is provided to improve flavor and product quality, and to enhance preference. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an Acathopanax drink comprises: a step of mixing an Acathopanax fruits and sugar in a weight ratio of 0.8-1.2:0.8-1.2 and fermenting at 15-25 deg. C for 1-2 years to prepare a fermentation liquid; a step of mixing 40-60 parts by weight of the fermentation liquid, 30-50 parts by weight of Acathopanax stems, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of Acathopanax leaves, 2-4.5 parts by weight of jujube, 0.4-1.0 parts by weight of Angelic gigas Nakai, 1-2.5 parts by weight of Eucommia ulmoides oliver, 1-2.5 parts by weight of Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi, 0.4 -0.8 parts by weight of pine needles, and 600-1000 parts by weight of water; and a step of extracting the mixture at 90-110 deg.
