PURPOSE: A jasomil(Perilla frutescens-honey) manufacturing method is provided to manufacture jasomil(Perilla frutescens-honey), which has a significantly improved degree of color preference of honey and an excellent effect in overall preference compared to general honey. CONSTITUTION: A jasomil(Perilla frutescens-honey) manufacturing method comprises: a step of obtaining 100 to 1000 ml of hot water extract per 10 g of jaso(Perilla frutescens) leaf； a step of obtaining freeze-dried powder by freeze-drying the jaso(Perilla frutescens) hot water extract； and a step of mixing honey, 500 ml of the jaso(Perilla frutescens) hot water extract that is added in 5 to 20 ml per 1 kg of honey, and the freeze-dried powder of the jaso(Perilla frutescens) extract that is added in an amount of 0.025 to 1.25 g per 1 kg of honey.
