The present invention relates to a natural soap and a method of manufacturing the same, and more specifically, to a method of manufacturing the natural soap by using leached oil obtained by oil leaching Rhus chinensis and Sapindus mukorossi Gaertner, and the natural soap manufactured by the method. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a first step of drying Rhus chinensis and Sapindus mukorossi Gaertner to a moisture content of less than 15%； a second step of leaching the dried Sapindus mukorossi Gaertner in an amount of 5 to 50 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of coconut oil to prepare a Sapindus mukorossi Gaertner coconut oil； a third step of leaching the dried Rhus chinensis in an amount of 5 to 50 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of each of palm oil and castor oil to prepare a Rhus chinensis palm oil and a Rhus chinensis castor oil； a fourth step of mixing the Sapindus mukorossi Gaertner coconut oil, the Rhus chinensis palm oil and the Rhus chinensis castor oil at a part by weight ratio of 1:1:1 to prepare a mixed soap oil； and a fifth step of adding sodium hydroxide and water to the mixed soap oil to manufacture the soap.
