The present invention relates to an edible oil with a spring onion flavor and a manufacturing method for the same. The manufacturing method for the same comprises: a first step of manufacturing a dried spice ingredient by preprocessing a spring onion, a garlic, and red-pepper seeds and drying the spring onion, garlic, and red-pepper seeds to have less than 15% of moisture content; a second step of manufacturing a spring onion flavor oil by placing the dried spice ingredient into a sorting net and heating the dried spice ingredient in edible oil; a third step of cooling the spring onion flavor oil; a fourth step of manufacturing a mixed spring onion flavor oil by mixing a spring onion flavor and taste oil and a green tea extract with the cooled spring onion flavor oil; and a fifth step of filtering and refining the mixed spring onion flavor oil. According to the present invention, the edible oil with the spring onion flavor is formed as the spring onion flavor oil, which is obtained when 23-42 wt% of the dried spice ingredient with respect to 100 wt% of the edible oil is heated in the edible oil, is mixed with the spring onion flavor and taste oil and the green tea extract. According to the present invention, the edible oil with the spring onion flavor can improve a flavor when cooking by using the flavored edible oil and can prevent the green tea extract deactivated from acidifying. The edible oil with the spring onion flavor can stably maintain the flavor during a storage period.본 발명은 대파향이 가미된 식용유지 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 대파, 마늘, 고추씨를 전처리하고 수분함량을 15% 미만으로 건조하여 건향신재료를 제조하는 1 단계; 상기 건향신재료를 선별망에 넣고 식용유지에 중탕하여 대파향미유를 제조하는 2단계; 상기 대파향미유를 냉각하는 3단계; 상기 냉각된 대파향미유에 대파풍미유와 녹차추출액을 혼합대파향미유를 제조하는 4단계; 및 상기 혼합대파향미유를 여과 및 정제하는 5단계를 포함하여 이루어진다.본 발명에 따른 대파향이 가미된 식용유지는, 식용유지 100 중량부 대비 건향신재료 23 ~ 42 중량부를 식용유지에 중탕하여 얻어진 대파향신유에 대파풍미유및 녹차추출액을 혼합하여 이루어지고, 본 발명에 따른 향이 가미된 식용유지를 이용하여 요리하는 경우에 향미를 증진시키는 효과가 있고, 비활성처리된 녹차추출액의 산패를 막고, 향이 보관기간 중에 안정적으로 유지되는 효과가 있다.
