<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed temperature-responding cell culture vessel. <；P>；SOLUTION: This closed cell culture vessel, having a cell-culturing space closed with a water stop valve, is composed of: (1) an upper vessel part mounted with a gas-penetrating membrane for exchanging a gas of a cell culture liquid culture medium and is further mounted with a passage for the culture medium； (2), as necessary, one or more inner vessel parts on which a substance-penetrable membrane used as a cell culture surface is mounted and further, on which a passage for the culture medium is mounted； and (3) a lower vessel part which has a cell culture surface and in which a pipe-like passage for the culture medium, wherein at least either of the cell culture substance-penetrable membrane of the inner vessel part or the cell culture surface of the lower vessel part is coated with a polymer whose hydration power varies in the temperature range of 0 to 80°；C. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
