PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of efficiently suppressing deviation of an absorbent article in wearing, and capable of efficiently solving urine leakage and feces leakage.SOLUTION: The invention relates to the absorbent article formed of: a liquid permeable top sheet； a liquid impermeable back sheet； and an absorber arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet. On both end parts of the back sheet in a width direction on a center part of a longitudinal direction, fixing means to an underwear or to a top sheet of a paper diaper which is used in combination, are provided.
