PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence of the ambient temperature on a temperature change of a disposable absorbent article, such as a disposable diaper for toilet training, disposable absorbent pad or the like.
SOLUTION: The disposable absorbent article comprises a liquid-permeable top sheet 30, a liquid-impermeable sheet 11, an absorber 56 which absorbs and retains urine and is interposed between the top sheet and the liquid-impermeable sheet 11, a heat insulation layer 57 interposed between the absorber 56 and the liquid-impermeable sheet 11, and a temperature-changing substance 40 which is interposed between the top sheet 30 and the heat insulation layer 57 and cools or heats the urine upon contact with the urine.
