PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lactic acid bacteria-fermented product made from crushed product of whole fruit fig, having enhanced antioxidative activity of the crushed product of whole fruit fig and a beverage which contains the lactic acid bacteria-fermented product.SOLUTION: A crushed product of whole fruit fig is fermented with use of Lactobacillus pentosus, so that a fermented product having an enhanced antioxidative activity is produced.
