PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff for measuring blood pressure which can be easily mounted onto the upper arm, with which the mounting onto the upper arm can be stably reproduced, configuration of which can be made to be simple, and which can be manufactured at a low lost.SOLUTION: The cuff for a sphygmomanometer is equipped with an air bag 34 for pressing a living body, an outer cover 30 enclosing the air bag 34, and a fixed unit 40 provided on the outer cover 30. A portion of the outer cover 30 nearer to the other end 30b is passed between a roller 44 and a stopper 46 provided in the fixed unit 40, and pressed toward the roller 44 by a stopper 46, whereby the portion is fixed.
