PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic sphygmomanometer which permits blood pressure to be accurately measured by increasing adhesion between an airbag and the upper arm even when the upper arm a cuff is passed though a cuff, or either the right arm or the left arm is passed though the cuff without considering positioning along the peripheral direction of the upper arm of a person to be measured.SOLUTION: The cuff 2 of the electronic sphygmomanometer 1 includes an airbag 14 pressurizing the upper arm by supplying air, and a plurality of small airbags 500 arranged in the inside of the airbag and on the finger side position of the upper arm and having an air volume smaller than the air volume of the airbag 14.
